Time to Change is a growing social movement changing how we all think and act about mental health. It is run by the charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness.
Around 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem this year yet the shame and silence can be as bad as the mental health problem itself as this 2 min video shows:

1,230 stories have been written by people with personal experiences of mental health problems who, through talking about mental health openly, aim to break down stereotypes and take the taboo out of something that affects people across the country.
