You are warmly invited to this face-to-face event at St Mark’s Church, Kennington, taking place from 9.30am-1pm + optional network lunch 1-2pm.
For anyone, voluntary or paid who is part of a church or Christian organisation who are working to support those who are homeless – whether night shelters, soup kitchens, day projects or simply caring for those sleeping in our churches etc.
A half day gathering, with Christian reflection, prayer, learning from speakers input and the chance to network with others. This year we are looking at how trauma affects many of those who find themselves affected by homelessness and how our church response can benefit from a trauma-informed practice.
